Job Role

Business planning and formulation of the strategy to maximise my clients position in the national / international market place, maximising opportunities that arise; making a major contribution to the business plan.

Information and lead gathering for tender opportunities, drafting, presenting and pitching for the Company to external customers and potential customers at the highest level, high level supervision of tender procedure and pitch presentations.

Opening of new large projects / accounts, with the emphasis on communication and marketing contracts size £100K+, maximising profit, and making best use of sales and support resources.

New product development planning and implementation management.

Skills and core competencies

The correct candidate will have a mix of strategic vision, attention to detail and drive towards service excellence supported by success in establishing and implementing best practice management.
New Business needs to deliver and support rapid business growth and efficiencies in a challenging and competitive market.

Agency experience is essential either as a Sales Director/Client Services Director. Proven New Business Development in Public Sector/Social Marketing would is a definite advantage.
